Perfect Pie

Thanksgiving was a blast this year! We had the Clays and Christine over and the day went great! Christine showed up at about 12:30 and we mixed up some martinis, and proceeded to get nice and happy. That Tangueray No. 10 is great gin! We watched football until it was time to go get the food at Andronico’s, then we watched more football after we got back. The Clays showed up at around 5 and Tom had a marti’, after which he was a bit tipsy. We all sat down and had a Thanksgiving diner that couldn’t be beat, including Christine’s perfect pecan pie! A good time was had by all!

Tense Issue

Our friend CC told us that she is unhappy with the past-tense for "sneeze". We have no real issues with the word "sneezed", but we do have a blog, so:

We are accepting suggestions for alternates, please comment. (Yes, we're serious.)

Our suggestions:

Klingophobia

Um, I'm a live and let live kind of person most of the time. Hell, Jen and I had a whole bunch of jugglers at our wedding, so I am not one to talk. Yet, seeing as we are living in a time and place that views the very idea of same-sex marriage is synonymous with the fall of western civilization, I offer the following indication that it will be difficult to fall off the floor.
Maybe my klingophopia is a result of my deeply repressed feelings for Klingons?

Giving Thanks

We wish all our friends and family a calm and peaceful holiday weekend. Eat, Drink, be Merry.

Wheel Re-Invented

It's not everyday that someone re-invents the wheel, but a firm called Airtrax in New Jersey has done just that. (Well, they received the technology from the Navy, who had bought it from a Swedish firm, but that is boring) Michael's boss purchased a Sidewinder forklift that showed up at the shop on friday. This thing looks like it rolled off the set of Aliens, due to the futuristic "wheels" that allows it turn within its own footprint, and drive sideways! Way cool.
